How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, neighbors and everything else you've added. It can't be undone.

How do I report or block someone?

On their profile, tap ⋯ (More options), then Report or Block User. You can also report a single photo, job post, location, store item or message. Blocking hides them from you and stops them from messaging you. We review every report.

Who can see my neighbors?

Your neighbor list is private. Visitors only see neighbors you've endorsed or who endorsed you, unless you switch on Show all my neighbors on your Neighbors tab.

What does Pro include, and how do I cancel?

Pro adds Jobs & Gigs, Job Referrals, Scouted Locations, your own store, endorsements, Seeking Trades and 15 photos per stack. It's $15 a month or $99 a year, billed by Apple. Cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
